Bear Claw

1. Set up the bakery

A standard deck has 66 cards: 10 each of Bear, Claw, Sprinkles, Jelly, Glaze; 5 undercooked and 5 overcooked; 2 Spoiled Batch; and 4 jelly-brow Bear decoys. Every card is dealt evenly around the table (hands differ by at most one). The discard starts empty. Solo or the host can scale the deck larger before play.

2. Take turns flipping

On your turn, tap your hand to flip a pastry onto the discard pile. Each flip advances the mantra word.

3. Match takes the pile

When the flipped card matches the mantra, race to swipe down — fastest wins the whole discard pile.

4. Undercooked & overcooked

← steals 2 from the player before you. → steals 2 from the player after you. Wrong swipes do nothing.

5. Traps & win

Spoiled forces the flipper to add 2 to discard. Jelly-brow Bear (4 in a standard deck) is a decoy when the mantra is Bear — don't swipe down or you skip a turn. Be the last player holding cards to win.
