Terms of Service

Overview

This website, our storefront, and GameHub (together, the “Services”) are operated by Bridge Moment Games and Loopa Games LLC (together, “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including email one-time-passcode sign-in, invite GUID access, the game catalog, Shopify purchases, and linked play experiences.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review this page periodically.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.

Accounts and access

GameHub uses email verification (one-time codes) and invite GUIDs to authorize play. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep access credentials and invite codes confidential. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or other destructive code.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.

Content you submit (excluding payment card data, which is processed by Shopify and not stored by us) may be transmitted over networks and transformed as needed for technical compatibility.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on the Services is not accurate, complete, or current. Material is provided for general information and entertainment. Any reliance on Service content is at your own risk. We may modify content at any time without obligation to update it.

Modifications to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Linked games and third parties

The Services may link to third-party games, Shopify checkout, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review third-party terms and privacy notices before engaging. Complaints about third-party products should be directed to the third party.

Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Use is at your own risk.

User feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or other materials (“comments”), you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, and without obligation to keep them confidential or to respond.

Comments must not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious material. You are solely responsible for your comments.

Personal information

Submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.

Errors

The Services may contain typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the Services or their content:

• to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
• to violate applicable laws or regulations;
• to infringe intellectual property rights;
• to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against others;
• to submit false or misleading information;
• to upload or transmit malware;

• to spam, phish, crawl, or scrape in an abusive manner;
• for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
• to interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Moment Games, Loopa Games LLC, and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Moment Games, Loopa Games LLC, and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the remainder shall continue in effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
