Goal
Race to flip your layout Ace through 10 before the other scavengers. Each time you clear your layout, your next round starts with one fewer card. Clear the 1-card round to win the match.
Setup
2–4 players (friends or bots). Everyone is dealt a face-down layout of the current size—games starts at 10 slots.
Slot 1 needs an Ace, slot 2 needs a 2, … slot 10 needs a 10.
Your turn
- Draw from the stock or take the top discard.
- Place the held card if it fits a legal slot. The card you uncover (or a bumped wild) becomes your new held card—you can keep chaining.
- When you cannot place, discard to end your turn.
Placement
- A number card (Ace–10) goes only in its matching face-down slot.
- Kings are wild — place a King in any face-down slot.
- Jacks and Queens cannot be placed; holding one ends your turn (discard).
- If a King sits face-up in a slot, the natural card for that slot can bump it out. The King returns to your hand and you keep playing.
Going out
When every slot in your layout is face-up, you go out. Each other player gets one final turn.
Anyone who also completes their layout during those final turns advances with you to the next (smaller) round. The first player to finish the 1-card round wins the match.
